1- Apply as the last step of your PM routine, after moisturizer (Step 4).
2- Warm 3–5 drops between your palms and gently press onto face and neck.
3- Do not rinse — let it work while you sleep.
4- Optional AM use: apply 1–2 drops over your morning moisturizer for a dewy, healthy glow throughout the day.

Skin Cycling tip: Use Step 5 every night as your sealing step. On exfoliation nights (Enzyme Scrub), skip active serums and use Step 4 + Step 5 only — your skin will thank you in the morning.
