All shipments are made via FedEx or USPS. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected when ordering. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days of being shipped. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, allowing customers to track their package in real time. Totémica Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, problems with the transport company or customs problems.

International shipments:

Totémica Beauty offers international shipping through a variety of reliable shipping companies. International orders are also processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. International orders are typically delivered within 7-21 business days of being shipped. A tracking number will be provided for international shipments, allowing customers to track their package in real time. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and duties in their respective countries. Totémica Beauty is not responsible for delays or additional costs associated with the customs process.

As with shipments within the United States, Totémica Beauty is not responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, strikes, carrier issues, or customs issues.
