Return Policy

At Totémica Beauty, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our return policy below:

Return period: We accept product returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by providing your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Our team will review the request and, if applicable, provide additional return instructions.

Return shipping costs: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is an error on the part of Totémica Beauty (for example, incorrect or defective product ). In these cases, Totémica Beauty will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds: Once we receive and review the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund to the original method of payment will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Products not suitable for return: For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective. Sale or promotional products may also not be eligible for returns.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange one product for another, you must follow the returns process outlined above and place a separate new order for the product you wish to purchase.
