1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

- Be in their original, unopened packaging

- Show no signs of use or tampering

- Be in resalable condition

Totemica Beauty reserves the right to inspect all returned items and to deny any refund if the above conditions are not met.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@totemicabeauty.com providing:

- Your order number

- A clear explanation of the reason for the return

- Supporting photographic evidence, where applicable

Upon review, our team will confirm whether the return is eligible and provide further instructions, including the return address or a prepaid return label if applicable.

3. Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to an error by Totemica Beauty (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective items), we will bear the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.

- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of non-traceable returns.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:

- You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds will not be processed for:

- Returned items that show signs of use

- Opened products (unless defective)

-Items returned outside the 30-day window

- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item separately.

Totemica Beauty reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
