Not at all. Unlike old-school toners loaded with alcohol, ours is a hydrating and soothing mist. Hyaluronic Acid locks moisture into your skin immediately after washing.

✔ How does it help my other products work better?
Damp skin acts like a sponge; it absorbs much more than dry skin. By applying Step 2, you prepare the "pathway" for Step 3 (Vitamin C) to penetrate deeper layers.

✔ Can I apply it with my hands or do I need a cotton pad?
