Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Terms By purchasing a subscription from Totemica Beauty, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods until cancelled by you.

2. Automatic Billing Your credit card or chosen payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis on the anniversary of your first purchase (or the date specified in your account). The total amount includes the subscription price plus applicable sales tax and shipping fees.

3. Cancellation Policy (Cancel Anytime) You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. To cancel:

- Log in to your account on https://totemicabeauty.com/account

- Go to the "Subscriptions" section.

- Select the subscription you wish to terminate and click "Cancel".

Important: To avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date. If you cancel after an order has been processed, that final order will be shipped and billed, and your cancellation will be effective for the following cycle.

4. Modifications and Skips You can "Skip" a month or change your delivery frequency directly through your customer portal at any time.

5. Notifications You will receive an email notification before your next charge and a confirmation email once your order has been processed or if your subscription is cancelled.
